LOVE

1 cor 13:13
God looks for FAITH, HOPE and LOVE in you. but LOVE is the greatest among them all.
LOVE is the foundation of our christian live.
love brings about hope,
hope produces faith.
it is impossible to please God without faith.
you must have faith in order to receive something from God.

GOD IS LOVE.
1 john 4:8
God created us in His image and likeness.
people will ponder on this question "huh? God looked like me?" hahs..dream on!
what it's actually mean is we're in love. because God is love. which explains why we're in His image and likeness.

our life is motivated by love and not by fear.
we are seeking love ever since we are born.
when we are in primary school age, we seek love from our parents and friends.
when we are in secondary school age, we tend to seek love from BGRs.

feelings is not love.
it will disappear in 6mths to 2yrs.
lust is not love.
lust is selfish and destructive.
- in fact, lust is e spirit of devil. it's what satan has planted in us. but why do satan have to deal wif us, a nobody? it's all becuz to shame e God. but how? in animals' world, animal have sexual intimacy with one another without marrying one another. and becuz of this reason, satan wants to pull our status down, and that's to shame God by saying we're living like an animal.
- pornography is demonic in nature. the devil wants human beings (which God created in His image and likeness) to live like animals. satan does it to shame God and hurt God.

what is love?
-it is a commitment, not just emotions.
-it is a sacrifice and a decision.
-it is obedience. notice there's 'die' in the word obedience. that's why obedience seems so difficult. so are u ready to die to yourself? hahs. u r fortunate enuff that you don't have to die on e cross hor. so dont cry.

1 cor 13:4-8
only the bible can give the best defination of love.
you will not fine true love if you dont sacrifice.

-love is not envy
"pride is the spirit of the devil, humility is the spirit of Christ"
-love is not boasting
boasting is from pride. and boasting makes a person proud.
-love is not proud.
-love is not rude. rudeness destroy relationship.
-love is not self-seeking.
-love is not being easily angry.
-love keeps no record.
-love delights not in evil but rejoices in the truth.

genesis 22:2
the 1st love recorded in the bible is about fatherly love. AMEN!
