How to please God

1.) haf faith in Jesus Christ
2.) please God wif all our heart

-explosive faith
2 Cor 5:21
Faith to be grown to an nuclear explosion
GROWN.. noticed it.. is ur faith growing?
Know Him.. not juz knowing abt Him..
-** you nid to spend time wif Him to noe Him **-
so no more saying.. i dunno Jesus.. how i noe He exist?
first ask urself.. are u spending time wif God?
Romans 5:17
-live in triumph over sin and death.

If u love God, u would want to please Him..
your faith should not be the same as yesterday.. it should have grown.
2Chronicles 16:9
-God will search everyone to find those that are fully committed to Him.. so He can strengthen you! =]]

2 things that stop us from pleasing God..
1.) fear
2.) when we choose to please ppl instead of God..

Fear comes from believing a lie..
John 8:44
-Satan put thoughts into us.. dun believe the devil.. haha..
from a previous sermon, i learn this.. share wif u all..
FEAR = False Evidence Appearing Real

1 Cor1:27-28
-fear makes us want to compete.. either insecurities or pride comes..
leading u to wan the approval from man..
approval from man =/= approval from God..
which links us to our second point.
the heart to want to please God is wat God wants!
even if u r a faithful toilet cleaner for God, u r better den a leader who dun wan to serve God! =]]
Philippians 2:7
-Jesus was humbled.. it shows tat our position do not please God..
Galatians 1:10
-seek to always please God.
dun blame others for ur own mistakes..
when we want to please others, we are insecure!
dun let anyone teach u how to life ur life except God.
insecurities comes from looking too much at ur weakness..
Ephesians 2:10
-we are new in Christ Jesus.. God's masterpiece..
Hebrews 4:15
-you may haf weakness, but u can make weakness weak! =]]
