The Will of God.
wat do u understand from this?? tink awhile... haha.. ok.. after this sermon notes.. below there will be the notes for the fast and pray of the national day... so scroll down for it =D

abt God's will..
~God speaks very clearly..
~it is more impt...
~it is specific..
3 things ppl say.. let's see if it is true... =D

first let's discuss 2 different will.. God's will for the individual and for big groups..

individual
-there are ppl wif specific will. like Moses. He was called very CLEARLY to lead the ppl out of slavery in egypt =D
it can be for u to do smth like in the case of Moses.. but is can oso for u not to do smth! =D
how to noe God's will?
When God wants u to do it, He will tell u very clearly..
for God to tell u clearly, u haf to stay connected! -- come church weekly.. read bible.. pray... =D
communication wif God is a two-way thing! u stay connected.. He speaks clearly =D
so when u find urself not hearing from God.. ask urself first.. are u doing ur qt and coming to church? are u praying? =D

groups
He intends for u to discover satisfaction in Him! -Love God, love others =D His clearly, direct commands
READ , PRAY , SHARE! --- three things for us to do DAILY =D
Dun wait till God says.. go usher.. go cafe.. den u start doing ministry.. do it now!
during ur process of ministering, u will find ur giftings.. wat u r good at.. do wat u r good at =D

What is the true will of God?
-Romans 8:29
it says in the verse.. the will of God is for us to become more like Him.. Christ-like..
New Age is actually a religion.. but it is the oldest religion LOL.. it says tat even common folks like us can be gods =.=" lol..
Col 1:15
-Look at Jesus and noe God's purpose for us.
God is more interested in wat u r, den wat u do.. ur character la basically =D
the bible says.. dun marry non-christians! dun yolk wif non-believers..
wan to know hu to marry? - look for someone becoming christ-like
God is concerned abt our spouse... but! He gives us choices!
Philippians 2:5
-u muz ACT and THINK like Jesus..
2Cor 3:18
-the Spirit makes us more and more like Him.. the Holy Spirit is discipling us!! =D

2Cor 4:17
-troubles achieve for us eternal glory..
Every problem in life has a purpose! =D
whatever Jesus went thru, He want us to go thru.. ur problems.. even GOD went thru b4.. so dun complain la.. even if u r suffering.. u r getting God-treatment u noe =p
somemore.. when we get problems like Jesus did.. we become more christ-like.. one stone kill 2 birds aR! =D

What was Jesus like?
Gal 5:22-23
-the way God produce fruit of the spirit is ur life is by putting u in the exact opposite situation and allows u to be tempted to do the opposite.. meaning... example ah..
u r VERY busy.. tml gotta hand up homework.. den ur bro or dog or sis pour coffee on ur homework!!!!! GOODNESS!!!!! u r tempted to WHACKKKKK.. but if u control urself.. u gain self-control =D
Love is unconditional.. if love requires something.. we wun be loved by Jesus at all for we are all sinners =D
Real peace is achieved when u r very busy..
He is gonna train u for eternity.. learn from ur lessons and move on the the next level!
no point no learning and den keep on trying to learn self-control when u dun try to learn =D

ok national day fast and pray notes! =D
if we dun share the gospel.. it is hell eternity for our frens..
a church tat is evangelising but not praying is like getting into a racing car without fuel..
we get minimal results when we dun pray..
either God gets the souls in heaven or Satan gets them in hell.. we choose!
we gotta pray like never before.. dun bother getting into debates.. spend the time to PRAY! =D
why pray?

1.) out of love.. got gospel dun tell = love? dun kid urself =p

2.) out of Godly fear..
we haf the cure.. bible says if God's ppl will humble themselves and pray, God will turn the nation around..

3.) out of knowledge of God's nature..
God is love and dun bear grudges..
God says all man shd be saved..

4.) know the power of prayers..
prayers often suceed when all else fails..
God shd be involved.. He is the one tat draws man -D it is like u r a vacuum cleaner and God is the power supply -D

the prayers of a righteous man is effective..
PRAY AND EXPECTS RESULTS!= D
how to pray?
1Tim 2:1-8
-pray for those in authority..
we pray.. not riot..
peace be on earth so we can share.. cant share during war times..
pray everywhere.. anytime.. =D

pray till results come.. 10 years.. 20 years.. keep on praying! -D
-pray for...
-make non-believers curious abtJesus..
-pray for God to surround the non-believers wif christians tat will share! =D
-pray for a thirst for God-s word..
pray tat they will noe Jesus is the onli way..
ask for grace towards our loved ones..
