3 John verse 2
Governing our emotions
-all of us haf emotions..
-even Jesus had emotions.. but! emotions nv had Jesus..
emotion = feelings on the inside caused by pain or pleasure trying to move u in a certain direction.
but alot of times, we let emotions moves us.. let it get the better of us..

we are images of God.. we are spirits! a reflection of God's love, power and authority..
*tripartite*
-man is a spirit.. but lives in a physical body..
our make-up = dirt u noe? =D when a man die, let it be returned to the ground..
our make up return to the ground but our soul is eternal..
we are the spirit tat possess the soul..
soul = tinker,feeler,chooser
when u tink in line wif the word of God.. u r walking in the spirit..

where emotions go = where our lives go
the word of God muz be the final governing authority of our emotions.. of wat we tink!
Jesus was tempted in every ways.. but He never gave in.. even to utmost terror..
He felt terror cuz when He was abt to go on the cross, He will face the burden of sins.. yet He was sinless...
Colossians 3:1-2
-dun follow ur heart...
if i feel something is true, then it muz be.. WRONG!
feelings are neither rite, nor wrong.

it doesn't matter wat u believe.. the fact is still tat Jesus is real!
dun ever tink of suicide.. u got the courage to commit suicide.. u got the courage to live on!
romance will not last, love is not a feeling.. it is a choice.. reject feelings tat is not in line wif the truth..

truth is objective.. nv changes, always consistent
it doesn't mattter if u doubt if God has forgiven u. the fact is tat God has forgiven u! it is a choice..

feelings are subjective.. they change wif ur mood!

1.) wat ur heart says, do it..
liddat i die long ago..
2.) i cant control my emotions..
it is okay to cry.. but! u dun let ur emotions control u! u can choose not to cave in to fear!
we can choose to break anger, control our emotions.. nothing is impossible when God is wif u!
our bodies affect emotions.. still dun let emotions control us..
if emotions run ur life, ur body and mind will pay for it..
why?
-emotions are 60%-100% responsible for the cause of our sickness..
emotions are supposed to be our servants.. but normally.. it becomes our master.
outside of God, we can never understand true forgiveness..
bitterness VS forgiveness..

when u dun forgive, satan will attack u..
true forgiveness..
1.) forgiveness is not forgetting..
-to forget, u muz forgive..
dun wait until forget le den forgive =.=
God chooses nv to use our sins against us.. let's do the same and be Christ-like!
free urself from suffering by forgiving..

2.) forgivness is a choice..
dun forgive? be hooked forever to the past..
forgive? the guilty man is off ur hook but on God's hook now!! for God says.. it is His to revenge..
so main thing.. i forgive for my own sake.. forgive = obedience between u and God.

3.) forgiveness is a decision not to use that offence against anyone anymore..
stop sin! by not letting them offend u again..

4.) dun wait till u feel like forgiving den forgive.. u will nv feel tat way..
haha.. now tink of anyone u nid to forgive? =D get them on God's hook...
