Saturday Nite Life =D

now.. this week sermon is abt online gaming >.<>
now.
why do so mani young people loves online gaming and is more often den not addicted to it?
online gaming provides a person emotional needs..
online gaming is a way of escape for some ppl.. for example.. some of them might be rejected in life.. but they are high level in games so they get some recognition from online gaming..

now.. how do we check upon ourselves and see whether we are addicted to online gaming?

many points.. so take note of it..

-inability to stop the activity
-neglect of family and friends
-lying to employers and family abt the online gaming activites
-problems wif sch and jobs
-carpel tunnel syndrome <-- now.. i realli dun understand why.. but... i forgotten wat is this.. hehe.. pls ask other members of zealot.. or would some kind soul add it into the sermon notes? =D thankssssssssss
-Dry eyes
-failure to attend to personal hygiene
-sleep disturbances or changes in sleep patterns
-feeling depressed , irritable when not in front of the computer
-craving for more and more time at the computer
-skip appointments, skip classes, miss days of work =(
-do you deny addiction to games but still feels the urge to play? =D
-do u feel stronger emotions when u r gaming online? (angry.. sad.. happy..) =D
-for some games.. do you feel joy and kill someone online? =x

ok la.. see these points to find out whether u r addicted to online gaming. this can be a gauge to see if u r addicted to juz the computers or not..
