YOYO.. its time for sermon noteSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!
there will be a mini sermon by uncle jajajajaja.. tml o levels chi! study smart guys! woo.. and gals =p

topic of the day : Addiction

-not everyone will be addicted when they do something, but some will, and u nv noe if u r one of the some!
so why put urself at risk? dun put so much time into something and u wun be addicted so easily =D
an addiction is like a monster, it starts small.. but as u feed it by doing it more often, it grows bigger and bigger..
it might even grow to a state where u cannot control it anymore and den it will control u!

once u get into an addiction, most likely u wun be able to escape.
like most addictions, pornography is progressive in nature. it grows.. at a constant speed? lol..
and this addiction will lead to pervertic acts . the monster of addiction running out of control..
all addictions are family affairs.. addiction do not onli affect the addict, it affects the whole family..

Jesus Christ is the onli thing u shd be addicted to.. spend more time wif HIM yea..

now when we got into an addiction, how do we get out of it?

John 6:35 , John 6:51
fulfilling the emptiness inside u.. go read the verse u lazy pig! =p

1.) find freedom in Christ.
start by learning hu Jesus is.. this is the start to coming out of ur addiction..
Luke 4:18-19
Galations 5:1 ---- Jesus sets u free.. and u fall into bondage again..
John 8:34-37
everyone hu sin is a slave to sin..

now wat to do to avoid falling into addictions? prevention is better den cure ma hahahahahahh....

1.) pray..
God always haf a way out for u.. 1 Cor 10:13 --- once again... go read the verse u lazy pig!

2.) medidate
medidate on the word of God.. Jesus's power..
Philippians 4:13
Ephesian 6:10-18
Colossians 3

anything more important den Jesus is ur addiction..
it becomes ur god.. ur master..

3.) do something else.. =D

4.) look for a prayer partner..
ask someone more spiritual den u to pray for u..

find support through counselling!

prayer and fellowship..
Matthew 6:9-13
real freedom comes when we surrender to God..
u can oso read books..

now the mini sermon!!! jajaja...

today we gonna look at 1 Timothy chapter 2..
it teaches us abt the instructions for the church..

1.) pray for all people..
everyone nids salvation through Jesus Christ so pray for them..
there is onli one way for salvation.. pray for them to noe the one way!
and if we can pray for others, lets us oso pray for our fellow YI mate.. Ruxiang.. pls pray.. got free time = pray =D

2.) anger and controversy displease God and make prayer difficult
MAtthew 5:23-24 tells us that if neccessary, we should interrupt our prayers to make peace with others..
haf a good relationship wif both God and others..

3.) to wat degree are woman dressing up to be attractive?
women should not use fixing their hair.. pearls... dyed hair.. to look attractive.. a gentle, modest , loving character give a light to the face den even the best cosmetics cant give..
this refers to all women.. and MEN!!! haha.. let us dress submissively and respectly to Jesus.. =D
