yea.. im back.. late sermon notes.. haha.. 2dae out for 15 hrs.. now den got time.. haha.. =D
cafe duty was fun!! part of FATSOH.. we r Faithful in coming to church to do cafe duty.. we r Available for cafe duty.. we apply wat we learn like FATSOH into our lives by going for cafe duty.. we Serve.. we obey leader by going to cafe duty.. we haf Hope tat everything will go fine!! haha.. every part of FATSOH.. =D ops tok too much le.. kk sermon notes..

1.) existence ( why am i alive? )
2.) significance ( does my life matter? )
3.) intention ( what is my purpose? )

looking at urself is not the way to knowing ur purpose..

many intelligent people in this world.. do not noe the purpose of life!! can u imagine tat? dey noe almost everything in the world yet do not noe wat is the purpose of their own life.. lol....

1.) you were made by and for God.
-Everything has got a purpose.. plants.. pencils.. dogs.. plates.. books... bible..
i (humans) was created to loved by God.. we r juz like a sponge for God's love.. absorb it all.. haha.. =D

2.) a man without a purpose will commit suicide..
this was actually unintentionally tested by the germans.. dey tortured the jews by asking them to carry rocks from point a to b.. den from b carry to a again.. over and over again throughout their lives.. some jews went mad and commited suicide! =(

3 levels in life..
-survivor level - controlled by circumstances..
-success level - most singaporeans are at this level.. very de rich and successful.. lol..
success =/= purpose in life..
u can be the richest and most successful person in this world.. yet do not fulfil God's purpose for u..
-significance level

u need to noe the meaning of life..
noe how much u matter to God ( ans: ALOT!)
u gotta noe God's purpose for ur life..
our everyday lives is recorded in God's book even before we were born..
we live forever.. after earth we move to heaven.. our eternal homE!!!!
God's purposes are forever too.. after we fulfil them on earth.. we continue to fulfil them in heaven.. u were made to last forever.. =D

3.) intention
purpose?
u were created for a purpose! find it! from hu?
ask the creator for the creation's purpose.
noe God = noe ur purpose..

realli.. onli the creator noe the creation's purpose.. =D

zealot peeps! stay commited in readin the 40 days of purpose book.. one chapter a day.. 2dae is second chapter le.. tml which is monday..(sch..boring..) is the 3rd chapter!! stay commited in this.. =D
