yoyo.. this week we haf a sat morning live instead of snl.. haha... before e sermon notes.. lemme give a sermon of my own..

imagine urself wif a choice between $1 coin and $10 note.. of cuz a $10 note will make u happier.. but if u r faced wif a vending machine and u nid a drink desperately.. you would want the $1 coin!!

wat i am trying to say is.. encouragement = $1 coin scolding = $10 note

scolding might make u feel better at first.. but encouragement is more suitable!!
it is e same as a $1 coin is more suitable at a vending machine!
$10(scolding) makes u vent ur frustrations.. nice.. but a $1 coin(encouraging) is more effective and suitable.. =D
