sermon noteswat does it mean to be faithful? it means to be RELIABLE..
now.. why should we be faithful??? why?
1.) we need to be faithful cuz..
God is faithful! simple! because God is faithful, His children muz be faithful too.. ever heard of like father like son? haha..
Proverbs 20:6 says tat it is difficult to find a faithful man.. izzit? hmm...
2 Timothy 2:11-13 says tat no matter how faithless we r, God is still faithful!but if we deny Him, He will also deny us.. so pls dun say u dunno Him.. even if somebody is holding u at gunpoint.. i noe difficult.. i nt sure if i can do it too.. haha.. but wif faith we can do it! YEA.. =D2.) Proverbs 25:19
unfaithful ppl are a pain in the butt.. we muz be reliable.. lets take our water tap for example.. one day u on the tap is pure water.. the other day is 100 plus come out.. den third day is drain water.. diao? isn't it a pain in the butt? so we muz be reliable.. =D when u r reliable..u r dependable too agree? ppl can depend on u.. however.. if u r not dependable, and ppl dun depend on u.. ur talents are uselss..

a faithful man will be richly blessed..
ok HOW to be faithful??
1.)
u gotta be a promise-keeper..
watever we promise.. we gotta keep it.. if u dun.. u r not reliable..
Proverbs 20:25
Ecclesiates 5:5
it is better not to vow den to vow and den not fulfill it..if u r reliable. ppl will believe u..
Matthew 5:37 u dun needa say tian da lei pi for ur promises.. =D

use ur talents.. everybody started simple.. so juz try out wat u r good at.. =D
faithfulness is wat u haf and wat u r doing about it.. ur talents..

share ur faith.. share the gospel!!!!!! =D4.)
maximise ur time..all of us haf 24hrs a day

faithfulness involes time management..
wat do we do wif time?
we spend it.. waste it.. or we invest it.. invest it means spending time on something tat will out-last u..
how do we waste time? regret and worry r the biggest culprits.. u regret and worry.. but can u actually do anything abt the past or future? NO! so stop regretting and worrying =D
5.)
be faithful to ur frena fren in need is a fren indeed..

manage ur money well..how u use ur money or resouces is a test of how faithful u r to God.. how?
we gotta give regularly..
give 10% of wat we get..
giving should be planned by the first day of the week.. haha.. =D
7.)
be at best at sch/workwhoever can be trusted wif little, can be trusted wif much..
to be faithful in life.. first be faithful in little thing..
success comes from being faithful in little things tat others overlook..
be faithful in handling other ppl things.. Luke 16:12
