yeaps! hmm.. derek today got something on and missed the snl and here i am helping him on the sermon preached by ps daniel. i may missed out some points..so bu yao guai wo..hahas.. cause chattin wif tk and veri sleepy cause slept for 2hrs+ only..hahs so .. =D

Why why why??why u alwaes fall into temptation easily? why u alwae get heated up easily?

Self-control is not an option for us(Christian).
6 ways/steps to achieve self-control
Step 1 - Admit your problem
James 1:14
- it explains about why ppl noe its a sin and they still continue to sun, this may be due to the joy or enjoyment of the sin. (what they get from the sin is enjoyable)
- Stop blaming the fault on others or urself forcus on the problem and try to solve it!!
- You got to be speicific about it. (Be more specific, ask urself what causes them and find soultions outta them)
Step 2 - Forget your past and believe that you can be changed. of cos for the better lolx.
- Phil 3:13-14- Failure in the past does not means you cannot be changed. However, forcusing on past failures will guarantee u a repeition.
- and u got to believe that u can be changed.
- God reminds us to be clear-minded.- Will power will not changed you, but renewal of your mind will saves and changed u =D-

Step 3 - Challenge ur feelings!!
Thoughts may come into ur mind like i feel like...i dun feel like...so whats ur job? challenge it!!- U got to know that feelings is not e way to decide things
- Dont give your feelings too much authorityhow how? try to try away things which will let u fall into temptations( yeaps, dont try to play smart and stand there and try ur resistance against it ah =p )- Titus 2:11
Step 4 - You got to have a buddy!
should have heard of buddy system? yeaps it's a system that basically encourage, reminds, or share ur burdens. yeaps sort of bahs.
- Make urself accountable to others.
- What do i look for in a buddy?!?!?
- Look for the same sex as you de.(haha! dont look for the opposite as u noe this may leads to another problems/temptations. oh yea..hahs its quite funny if u have pornography prob and u tell to a gal, this is so weird and u might get a big tight slap back..hahs)
- look for someone who you can depends on. ( u gotta make sure that ur buddy's mouth is tight..dont look for those who gossips lolx )
- In order for tis buddy system to work, you got to give them permission to check on u anytime,anywhere.( yeaps this can proves that u r not two-faced. )
Step 5 - RuN fR0m uR tEmPTatIoNs!

- Best solution?? When you are tempted to do so, get up and take a walk.( make sure u dun look back ahs and dun think abt it as well!!)- BAD COMPANY corruPt GOOD CHARACTER
